I enjoy being able to put people at ease

Fiona has always had an interest in property, she completed a Real Estate course when her children were young. However, living in small community, the opportunity to explore different career paths were limited. It wasn’t until she was in her 40s (when her sons had grown up and the family had moved to Adelaide), Fiona made her career change. In 2005, she began studying conveyancing (while working at a conveyancing firm).

Fiona has been a qualified Conveyancer since 2009, and began at Smart Conveyancing in 2020. She brings dedication, enthusiasm and wisdom to our work place; clients feel very comfortable in Fiona’s extremely capable hands.

“I’m a people person. I enjoy client interaction and being able to put people at ease. Buying a house can be stressful, especially if it’s your first one – it’s a huge investment and there’s a lot to process. My job is to make that process as smooth as possible, and to obtain the right outcome for my client. Each sale has its challenges, but there’s always a solution. I work closely with clients, keep them informed and updated right up to settlement. I also have the support of the Smart Conveyancing team – they are so talented and have such a ‘can do’ attitude.
