My passion is in delivering a superior client experience
Jess finished school in 2006 and immediately wanted to get into the workforce. She wasn’t sure what she wanted to do, but landed a job as an administrator for Settlement Agent, First Mortgage Services. It was here Jess developed an interest in property. She grew into higher roles of responsibility and in 2013 she became a Paralegal at law firm, Hunt & Hunt (now known as Jones Harley Toole.) During this time, she learned a lot about conveyancing and property law, taking a particular interest in the idea of e-conveyancing.
In 2017, she took on a new challenge as an Account Manager at PEXA – the electronic conveyancing platform now used by most conveyancers across Australia. It was in this role that she met Jacqui (as a client). She was then offered a position as the Client Leader at Land Services SA (Land Titles Office). Three years later, Jacqui was her employer, after offering her a marketing and operations role at Smart Conveyancing.
